UNITY UPDATE:
First off, we want to extend our sincerest thanks to everyone that has been helping us test the Unity beta path on Kongregate.com over the last few weeks. With your help, we’ve been able to locate and resolve several issues during the soft launch period.
Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback and support provided by our awesome community we now feel confident enough to fully transition the Web version over to Unity. This means that we will be removing the selector from the web version and default all players to the Unity build. We plan to have this change take effect on Monday (01/11/21) at around roughly 11:00 AM PST.
If any changes need to be made to this timeline we will make sure to update everyone on Discord, so stay tuned-in for updates! For the time being, we will continue to leave the #unity-port-issues channel open to help us identify and resolve Unity-specific issues as they may crop up.
WHAT’S UP NEXT?
We’re sure many of you are curious as to what will be forthcoming barring an expectedly successful transition to Unity on web this upcoming Monday. Aside from continuing to monitor the web build for potential issues, we will begin shifting our focus to finishing the ports for all of our officially supported platforms. The first of which will be Steam. Similar to the web build, we are hoping to have a public Beta for the Steam Unity port soon. Once we have more details to share we will announce it officially.
Thanks again to everyone that has taken part in the Beta and provided such invaluable feedback along the way!!
