⚠️ Upcoming updates to iOS, Android, and Bit Heroes may cause your game save to disconnect from your mobile device. Please link your character to a Kongregate account to ensure you can restore your character with ease. ⚠️
Linking your game to a Kongregate account allows you to save and load your character across multiple devices or platforms at any time. This will also make your account extra secure!
If you have already linked your game, we recommend taking note of your login credentials now.
To link your mobile game character to a Kongregate account, launch the Bit Heroes app and, once you reach the main town hub, select the red K in the bottom right corner. Select 'sign-in' and enter your Kongregate username and password. Once you have signed into the Kongregate account, your character will be saved and linked.
If you need a Kongregate account, you can sign-up at www.kongregate.com.
To restore your character onto a mobile device, launch Bit Heroes and, once you reach the main town hub, select the red K in the bottom right corner. Select 'sign-in' and enter your Kongregate username and password. Once you are signed in, the game will ask if you want to keep the new character on your device or recover your previous character. Select your previous character.
To load your character into the web version of Bit Heroes (on Kongregate.com), simply go to the web version of Bit Heroes and log into your Kongregate account.
To load your character into the Steam version of Bit Heroes, first, go to Kongregate and log into your account. Click on the ⚙️Settings button on the webpage to go to your Account Settings.
Click on the 'Link with STEAM' button and follow the prompts to link your Steam account to your Kongregate.com account.
Next, open Bit Heroes on Steam. The game may make you play through the introductory tutorial, but once you have made it through and are in town, click the red K in the menu. The game should load your Kongregate.com account and your save.
I COULD NOT RECOVER MY CHARACTER
If you have any trouble recovering your character please contact us and we will do our best to get your back to adventuring ASAP! Please Include the following information:
- The name of the character you are trying to recover.
- If playing on mobile:
- The device model that your account was installed on.
- The name of the character currently on your device.
- Your Kongregate username. If you do not have a Kongregate account, you will need to create one.
- Email linked to your Kongregate account
- 5 familiars (monsters that join you in dungeons) you have on the account you're trying to recover
