Set Chests are a craftable item that contains 1 Set item unique to a specific Set. You can craft this item in the Craft Menu under Trade. Unlike other craftable items, set chests will only appear once you have unlocked them by collecting a specific material.
Be sure to check your Trade Filters! You'll need both "Set" and "Equipment" checked to locate these chests in your Craft Menu.
