We do our best to guide our world chat moderators in making fair, mature decisions when it comes to moderation. However, we're all humans who might misunderstand something or make a mistake. We will do our best to look into any complaint and take action as needed.
If you have a complaint about a moderator or feel you were unfairly muted, please contact us directly with the information and the Bit Heroes community team will look into it further for you.
Please do not message a moderator with a complaint about moderation, as the mods are volunteer players, not Bit Heroes staff.
Please do not post moderation complaints in our public communities, as we do not allow "naming names" in any situation, to prevent harassment. We will fully handle complaints privately, via our support team.
