Due to limited resources, support cannot reverse every accidental exchange. We do however have a policy for returning items that represent a significant investment (Mythic rarity or above).
- We will to return one item per slot or any pet or accessory.
- We will return multiple items of Mythic rarity or above.
- We will not return duplicates of the same item.
- You must know the exact name of the item to qualify for a return.
- Simply saying "I exchanged an enchant a while back" isn't good enough.
- Only items that have been melted within the past 90 days can be returned.
⚠️ When submitting a request, please make sure to provide your hero name as well as your hero tag.
Remember, all item returns are exchanges. In order to honor any return you must have the appropriate materials available for removal.
